What is KB4C?
 Kiteboarding 4 Cancer is a unique winter recreational fundraiser to support cancer research and support the Canadian Cancer Society in the battle to find a cure. Kiteboarders from across Canada will raise funds to participate by Kiting in the 3rd winter kiteboading terrain park held in Regina, the 5th windiest city in Canada. The mission is to raise funds for the cause through donations, silent auction items, sponsorship, and activities during the day of the event.
Canadian Cancer Society
The Canadian Cancer Society funds the best research in the world and is the only organization offering research, programs and support for all 200 kinds of cancer.
What to Expect at K4BC
 As one of the fastest growing sports in the world, kiteboarding has a moving visual impact that will draw thousands to watch in awe. The soaring colorful kites power across the sky and add the jaw-dropping maneuvers kiteboarders throw, and you have one spectator event. This is the main show at Kiteboarding 4 Cancer, however there will be additional activities including:
- Sleigh rides: with donation for patrons to travel from heated tent to heated tent to get a closer look at Kiteboarding
- Children 10-: with Donation for a toboggan ride behind a kiter
- Children 10+: with Donation for the opportunity to fly a kite
- Long jump contest
- High jump contest
- Speed races contest
- Endurance race
- Come watch Regina’s very own Major, the Honorable Pat Fiacco giving kiting a whirl at the days festivities
- Food and Hot Beverages will be on location
KB4C After Party all ages at the Exchange Nightclub, 2431 – 8th Ave. Come celebrate the wrap-up of Kiteboarding 4 Cancer at the grand finale party! Live entertainment, Video Clips from the day’s activities, Silent Auction items to bid on and prizes and awards handed out from the day’s events.
