Kiteboarding 4 Cancer (KB4C) is a unique winter recreational fundraiser to support cancer research and support the Canadian Cancer Society in the battle to find a cure. 

Kiteboarders from across Canada and the US will raise funds to participate by Kiting in the 2nd Winter Kiteboarding for Cancer event to be held MARCH 6-7 near Winnipeg, one of Canada's 10 windiest cities.

The actual event will be held at Oak Hammock Marsh, about 20 minutes drive north of Winnipeg. The day's events will include horse-drawn sleigh rides for families, beginner kite lessons (weather permitting), and of course - the main kite events including freestyle trick contests, course racing, speed contest, and high/long jump contests.

The mission is to raise funds for the cause through donations, silent auction items, sponsorship, and activities during the day of the event. The event is organized as a Community FUNDRaiser to raise funds for the Canadian Canacer Society.
